Antarte starts 2024 with the “Nº1 Brand of Consumer Choice” and “Company of the Year” awards in Paredes

Antarte starts 2024 in the best possible way, by receiving two awards: the “Nº1 Brand of Consumer Choice 2024” award is joined by “Company of the Year” in Paredes. This pair of distinctions reinforces the unequivocal recognition as a mark of excellence.
It should be noted that Antarte was elected “Consumer Choice Brand nº1” for the third time. Among the brands evaluated by consumers in the “Furniture and Decoration” category, Antarte obtained the best overall score with 83%. Also noteworthy is the score of 87% in terms of benefits perceived by the customer (such as shopping experience and superior quality products and articles); and 85% in attributes recognized by customers (including the quality of service or the variety of products available).
Recognition as “Company of the Year” in Paredes results from a year full of innovative and prestigious projects in Portugal and internationally. In the first half of the year, Antarte collaborated with architect Siza Vieira to create an art installation for the Vatican Pavilion at the prestigious Venice Biennale. The Portuguese brand materialized the 12 sculptures designed by the first Portuguese Pritzker prize winner, using cryptomeria wood from sustainable forests in the Azores. In the middle of the year, Antarte internationalized to a third continent. After Europe and Africa, the brand opened its doors in Dubai, one of the most sophisticated and luxurious markets today. At the end of 2023, Antarte was invited to redecorate carriages of the historic Presidential Train. Taking inspiration from period furniture, the brand helped to recreate in the “Living Room” and “Restaurant” carriages, a period atmosphere in the jewel of the national railway that has welcomed, in the past, kings, heads of state and even a Pope.
