Returns Policy

The customer has recognized the right to withdraw from the purchase made through the Antarte – Rocha e Rafael Interiores S.A. website and, therefore, if he is not satisfied, he may return the product within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from:

a) The day on which the contract was signed, in the case of service provision contracts;
b) The day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts, or:
i) The day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately,
ii) The day on which the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the last lot or element, in the case of delivery of a good that consists of several lots or elements,
iii) The day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good, in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods during a certain period;

 

The right to withdraw can be exercised through the following channels via email at antarte@antarte.pt explaining the case in detail, indicating the order number and attaching photographs that prove the reason for the return request. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right by you is sent before the respective deadline expires.

 

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling, using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product. You must also keep all accessories and instructions for use. If the return cannot be made with the protective box in which it was delivered, the customer must return it in a protective box, with the aim of ensuring that the product is returned with the maximum possible guarantees. It will not be pertinent to exchange or return products that are not in the same condition in which the customer received them, or that have been used beyond having been tried on. If the product to be returned is repackaged or is not in its original and complete packaging, its initial value will be depreciated, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned. The refunded amount of a product can never be greater than the amount paid.

 

Returns are not accepted on goods produced to measure, colors or the customer's specific request. Returns of goods with configurations (color, finish, dimensions, fabrics) that are not shown on the website are not yet accepted.

 

In the event of withdrawal, the payments made, excluding delivery costs, will be returned to the customer without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. . We will make such refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Antarte – Rocha e Rafael Interiores S.A. may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods, or until the customer has provided proof of their return, depending on the condition that occurs first.

 

The direct return costs will be borne by the customer in any case. The return cost will be the equivalent of shipping costs without applicable discounts or promotions. If the customer wishes to use the Antarte collection service, the cost of €75 will apply.

 

The consumer will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

For reasons of hygiene and public health, the return of rest products will not be accepted, except for those showing manufacturing imperfections.

 

Antarte – Rocha e Rafael Interiores S.A. will not pay the costs of services already provided, such as removal of used products, postage, etc.

 

Antarte – Rocha e Rafael Interiores S.A. will refund the payment received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which has been informed of the decision to withdraw and after checking the condition of the returned product.

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method with which the purchase was made. Availability on the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method:
- Debit card: up to 72 hours.
- Credit card: until the expiration date of the month.
- PayPal: between 6 and 10 days.
- ATM Reference: up to 10 days, after sending an email with the IBAN.
