ORDERS

Simply browse our website, choose the product(s), add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and fill in your shipping and payment details. You will then receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

Yes, you may do so until the order enters production. Please contact us as soon as possible through our customer support channels so we can verify the situation and find the best solution.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut, Klarna, Multibanco, MB Way and SeQura. Cofidis Pay will also be available soon. All payments are secure and your data is handled with full confidentiality.

DELIVERY & LOGISTICS

All products have a delivery time indicated on their respective product page. After the order is confirmed, a final delivery deadline will be presented to the customer, and delivery and assembly will be scheduled by our team.

We deliver and assemble only in mainland Portugal. For other locations, please contact our customer support team, who will evaluate the best way to assist you.

Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the product. If you identify any damage or missing parts, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund promptly.

PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION

Yes. At Antarte we value customization and Portuguese craftsmanship. Depending on the model, you may choose different noble woods, lacquers, or fabrics. Check the product page or contact our customer support to discover all available options.

Yes. We ensure special attention to the dimensions, materials, and weight of each product. However, since natural materials such as wood and fabric are used, slight variations may occur. Contact us if you need further clarification.

To ensure the longevity of your Antarte furniture, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft cloth, avoiding excessive humidity and direct sunlight, using specific products without aggressive solvents, and following the maintenance guidelines provided on our website.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

The invoice is issued automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed and will be sent to your email.

Yes, you can pay your order in up to 12 installments using SeQura. Soon, Cofidis Pay will also be available. In our physical stores, there are additional payment and financing options, which you can check directly with our team in-store.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

You may return the product(s) within 14 business days, provided they are unused, intact, and in the original packaging, in accordance with applicable legislation and our internal policy. For full details, please check the 'Return Policy' section on our website.

All our products are covered by a manufacturing defect warranty. If you detect a problem, contact us with a description and photos. We will assess the situation and decide between repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
