Antarte produces a dream armchair for Fernando Santos
The personalized armchair, completely handmade and inspired by the national team
Antarte, Portuguese company leader in furniture and decoration trends in Portugal, designed and produced, from scratch and completely handmade, an exclusive armchair with the country's colors for the national coach, Fernando Santos.
This work appears in Antarte's line of continuity, since it is not the first personalized armchair that the brand produces for national and international figures – in 2008, it created the chair of Pope Benedict XVI, during his visit to Portugal and in 2012 it was responsible for the design and production of two exclusive chairs: that of the former Real Madrid coach, José Mourinho, and that of the former President of the Republic of Portugal, Aníbal Cavaco Silva.
Fernando Santos is the only Portuguese coach to be champion – he won the European Championship in 2016.
Made with the approval of the Portuguese coach, the armchair follows the innovative, elegant and adaptable lines characteristic of Antarte but with all the details made by hand. The production process was accompanied by Fernando Santos himself.
The piece will be delivered after the end of Euro 2020, in July, with the possibility of already being delivered to a two-time European champion.
Antarte has experienced great growth in recent years thanks to strong investments and a reinforcement of the expansion strategy in Portugal that allowed the opening of new stores, the launch of new lines and collections and, more recently, reinforced its presence in the digital area. with the App update released in 2020 now available for iOS and Android.
